Terms
1. Guests participate in games at their own risk and A6 Paintball Park is not liable for any kind of damage that the participant may incur unless negligence or misplaced obstacles can be added to the A6 Paintball Park.
2. Participants under 18 years of age may not participate in games without the written consent and approve to the terms and conditions.
3. All forms of physical contact are prohibited in games and participants are required to show consideration to the playing field and participation.
4. Only A6 Paintball Park's paintballs may be used on the field and own markers are to be checked by the team's staff prior to participation in games.
5. Protective equipment such as protective mask must ALWAYS be on during the entire stay at A6 Paintball Park, as long as the marshall does not announce anything else, even between games.
6. Barrel protection (barrel sock) should ALWAYS be on leaving the playing field before, after and between games.
7. Participants should be cautious with the playing field and it is forbidden to move or break obstacles.
8. Markers may not be fired or directed against persons who do not wear protective masks and/or participate in games.
9. Markers may only be used in the designated playing area (Game field) after safety go through with the A6 Paintball Park staff, applicable to customers with own markers and rented markers.
10. If the above rules are not followed, A6 Paintballpark is entitled to reject the participant. The participant is then rejected with remaining payment liability.
11. A6 Paintballpark has the right to use images and videos taken at the A6 Paintball Park for marketing purposes and is entitled to publish the material.
12. The participant is responsible for showing consideration for the equipment provided by the A6 Paintball Park and the participant is required to pay compensation for the damage caused to the equipment under the rental.
13. The customers mail address will be saved for information and advertising send outs. The data will only be used by A6Paintball for information and advertisement within activities operated by the company. The customer will have the option to unsubscribe up on receiving the first email send out by A6Paintball.
